Variatec acquires Trimergo B2

variatec AG and Trimergo International BV today announce that variatec AG has acquired Trimergo’s B2 products for SAP Business One. Trimergo International will continue to focus exclusively on world wide direct sales of its Trimergo T2 Enterprise suite. The combined variatec and Trimergo B2, under the name variatec, operations will be 100% focused on the SAP Business One market and will have a broad and comprehensive product suite with 450 customers in 22 countries. It will include several “Enabled by SAP Business One” industry solutions, and will be one the largest SSP’s for industry vertical solutions. For companies that “make things” whether by production process or project based, this will be the Go-To solution for the SAP Business One channel.
